Makeup Artist for Go Red for Women Event Syracuse

February brings heart health awareness by the American Heart Association. This is a subject that is near to my own heart. Heart health has been an issue for both of my parents and their families.  I am a member of The CNY Modeling Meetup Group. The group provided models, hair, makeup and photo coverage for "Go Red for Women photo and art exhibit" on February 4th. I was the makeup artist for the event.
Models: Jeannette Young, Jessica P. and Kate Herrmann

The exhibit featured artwork submitted by Syracuse artists (including one of the models, Kate) showing what "Go Red for Women" means to them. The models served as ambassadors for the American Heart Association and passed out "fit facts" to attendees.
All models hair done by Jillain Salomone of Liz Lanza's

The day after the event I lost my Grandfather to a 17+ year battle with heart disease. He was proud I had volunteered to do makeup for this event. Love you Grandpa. XOXO
