Metanoia project stills

Kelly Bogan has posted still's from the trailer for her April show, Metanoia, as well as the trailer on her blog. These images are stunning. Kelly is a senior at Syracuse University. I am really happy we are working together to make her project a reality. Metanoia will have people talking about Kelly's talent, for sure. I was on location makeup artist for the production, filmed in the old Case Supply Warehouse in Syracuse.

Photo shoot with Tara Logana & Shavonne Joliee photography & Design

Had a great time doing a photo shoot last Saturday. I was asked by Shavonne of Shavonne Joliee Photography & Design to come to her studio & do a shoot for a fellow photographer, Tara Logana. Tara is a photography major at RIT and was doing a project that needed my makeup expertise. YEAH! So I packed up my kit & off I went. I love working with new photographers. They offer you some freedom & input on the project.

I had 2 models to work with. Fadila Memisevic & Tiff Fish

Both girls stunning & easy to work with, my favorite kind of models!

work from film production & photo shoot

I am posting a couple of pictures from some work I did with Real Savvy Media October 2009. I spent 2 days making 4 woman look like an enhanced version of themselves. My work was to be seen in a medical device pamphlet put out by Medtronic Inc. and on a web-cast from Real Savvy. The web-cast can be seen on

It is on the home page. It was a great experience and I worked with some great individuals
Tino from Imagelight- the Image Specialists was wonderful & is also based in Syracuse, NY. Hopefully we'll get to work together soon!
And small world moment: was telling DeVasha, one of the producers about the time I did Alicia Keys makeup for a concert in Syracuse. I marveled how one of her backup singers wanted to be a makeup artist. The girl was leaving for the European leg of the tour with ALICIA KEYS and she wanted to do makeup??? Turns out DeVasha is friends with the singer, Mitch Matlock. 7 years later I meet this connection. And both were a pleasure to work with.
I loved working on the set and hope to get more of this type of work in the future.
